Services Provided

RG Door Experts provides residential and commercial garage door repair, maintenance, and installation services in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and the surrounding area. Services include, but are not limited to, spring repair and replacement, opener repair and installation, cable and roller repair, track alignment, sensor repair, and new door installation.

Quotes and Pricing

RG Door Experts provides a written price quote before any repair work begins. Quoted prices are based on the information available at the time of diagnosis and may be adjusted only if a technician identifies an additional issue once the door is open — in which case the technician will explain the issue and obtain your approval before performing any additional work or charging any additional amount. Prices listed on this website (including on service and pricing pages) are typical ranges and are not binding quotes; your exact price is confirmed on site before work begins.

Scheduling and Same-Day Service

Same-day service is offered on a best-effort basis and depends on technician availability, parts availability, and the time your call is received. Same-day service is not guaranteed for every call, particularly those received later in the day or during high-demand periods.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by the technician or office at the time of booking or service.

Workmanship and Parts

Repairs are performed using manufacturer-warranted or commercial-grade parts appropriate to the job. Any workmanship or parts warranty applicable to your repair will be communicated at the time of service and reflected on your invoice or written quote.

Licensing and Insurance

RG Door Experts technicians are licensed to perform garage door repair work in the State of New Mexico, and RG Door Experts carries bonding and general liability insurance. License status can be verified directly through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department at rld.nm.gov.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide safe and accurate service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the issue and access to the garage door at the scheduled time
• Ensure a safe working area free of obstructions, pets, or hazards the technician is not made aware of in advance
• Refrain from operating the affected door if a technician has advised against it until the repair is complete

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us as far in advance as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.

Limitation of Liability

RG Door Experts is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions unrelated to the specific repair performed, or for issues arising from a customer’s decision to decline a recommended repair. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
